A free inspection, or satellite imagery and your photos where that is enough to price it properly.

One fixed price, itemised and GST-inclusive, valid for 30 days.

We do it, and prove it
A trained crew does the work. The photo and video report lands on your phone when we finish.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. We attend, look at the property, and send you a written price. There is no call-out fee, no quote fee and no obligation to book.
How quickly will I hear back?
We reply to every request to arrange a time that suits you. Where a job can be measured from satellite imagery and your photos, we can often send the written quote without attending at all.
Why don’t you publish prices?
Because a price given before anyone has looked at your roof is a guess, and guesses get revised upward on the day. We look first, then commit to one fixed price in writing. It is the same reason we do not quote over the phone.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
Not usually. We need safe access to the outside of the property. Tell us about locked gates, dogs or parking and we will work around them.
What happens after I accept the quote?
You pick a date, we text a reminder the day before and when the crew is on the way, and you receive the photo and video report when the job is finished. You pay after that.
