How we work on your roof
Falls from height are one of the leading causes of serious injury in Australian construction and maintenance work. That’s why we run every roof job the same careful way — and why we don’t recommend DIY gutter cleaning from a ladder.
Our safety standards
- Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for every job with a fall risk over 2 metres, as NSW WHS rules require for high-risk construction work.
- Harness and anchor points or edge protection, chosen for your roof pitch and height.
- Two-person crews on two-storey and steep roofs.
- No work in unsafe weather — rain, strong wind or extreme heat means we reschedule and tell you why.
From enquiry to report
1. Quote
You tell us what you need. We check satellite images and your photos, then SMS a written, GST-inclusive fixed price.
2. Booking
Pick a date. We text a reminder the day before and when the crew is on the way.
3. On site
We walk the property, set up safety equipment, protect gardens and water tanks, and photograph “before”.
4. The job
Done to the written scope. If we find something unexpected (a cracked tile, a wasp nest) we photograph it and ask before doing anything extra.
5. Proof
Before-and-after photos and video on your phone. Downpipes flow-tested on video.
6. Pay & follow-up
