Can you clean my neighbour's side of the gutter at the same time?
Yes, if your neighbour agrees. We quote each home separately so everyone knows what they are paying, and we do both in the same visit.
Water comes in where my extension joins the house. Is that the gutter?
Often it is a blocked valley or box gutter at the join. We clear it and run water through to check. If the flashing or roof sheeting looks faulty, we will show you in the report so a roofer can take a look.
When is the best time to book under plane trees?
After most of the leaves have come down, usually in winter. If your gutters overflow before then, book a clean when you need it and a second one after the drop.
